The postpartum period is defined as the first 6 weeks following the birth of your baby.  This time can be challenging and exhausting!  As with any journey and preparing for an experience, you can’t fully know what to expect or what you might need until you get there, but it’s SO important to start thinking now about support systems you might need in place to set you up for success in the early days.
